Season’s greetings from my cave!
So, I thought I’d share some of my other fun foods that I’ve made in this edition of Foodcrafting! I hope you enjoy!

Pretty simple. . . Baked Mostaccioli with sausage, green peppers, onions, tomatoes, and cheese. Cheese. Did I mention cheese? Well, there’s cheese in there. There’s also a baked cauliflower.

Chinese food is pretty friggin’ great. No lie. I am a big fan of some of the classics: Sweet n’ Sour, General Tso (or Tao, etc. variation). This is just a traditional style General Chicken atop white rice.

Where do you start? Steak. . .

 
This dish has a big ol’ London Broil steak with grilled peppers, a veggie mix, and corn. No steak sauce was harmed during consumption.

Ah, I do love me some salads. . .especially, Italian and Greek. Since the missus doesn’t like olives, there are none present, nor are there beets. It’s basically an Italian sandwich on a plate. Dig in. Eat up!
